Show Me How Join Waitlist

Your users don't need more docs.
They need someone to show them.

Your docs have the answer. Your AI chatbot can find the answer. But they can't watch someone struggle on step 3 and take over. Show Me How reads the actual screen and walks users through the task — closing the gap between the doc your chatbot found and the thing your user needs to do.

How it works

From confused to confident in minutes

Four steps. Zero friction. Users who actually know what to do.

01

Drop in one script tag

One JS snippet. Works with Intercom, Zendesk, and your support software and help docs. No backend changes, no engineering sprint.

02

Reads the screen in real time

The AI sees what your user sees: the current page, UI state, and exact context — so guidance is never generic.

03

Shows users exactly what to click

Step-by-step, on-page guidance through even complex multi-step workflows — no ticket, no call.

04

Escalates seamlessly when needed

When a human touch matters, handoff is frictionless. No dead ends.

Privacy is a core pillar, not an afterthought. No training, no data sharing, built secure from the start.

What makes it different

Built for products that are actually complex.

Most support tools assume your users will figure it out. Show Me How assumes they won't — and guides them through it anyway.

Screen-aware, not script-aware

Reads the actual page state in real time. Guidance adapts to what the user is doing, not what you predicted they'd do.

Shows, doesn't tell

Not another chatbot that finds an answer and leaves users to figure out the rest. Walks through the exact clicks on the exact page — the gap AI retrieval can't close.

Handles real workflow complexity

Multi-page, multi-step tasks with persistent context. The kind of thing no FAQ can explain.

Personalized at scale

Adapts to each user's situation simultaneously. Something no human agent team can replicate.

Teaches fluency, not dependence

Users build skills as they work. Every guided session makes the next one shorter.

Works with what you already have

Pulls from your help docs. Works with your support software. One JS snippet, no rip and replace.

The numbers behind the problem

39%

of SaaS support tickets are "how do I do X?" questions

Our analysis of 7,970 real tickets — questions an agent resolved purely by explaining how to use the product

14%

of customer service issues are fully resolved by current AI

45%

of AI self-service failures: the system didn't understand what the user was trying to do

The difference

Help docs tell. Chatbots suggest.
Show Me How demonstrates.

Chatbots retrieve answers. That's not the problem. The problem is users who have the answer and still can't complete the task. Show Me How is built for that.

AI chatbots resolve ~14% of issues in practice — the rest bounce back to your team (Gartner, 5,728 customers ↗)

Closes the gap AI leaves open: the 39% of tickets that are "how do I do this?" questions chatbots can't answer by doing

Chatbots find an answer and send users to a doc — users still have to figure out the task themselves

Shows exactly what to click, on the exact page the user is on — guidance, not retrieval

Serves static docs users skip after the first scroll

Walks users through the actual UI in real time — no reading required

Generic answers that ignore what the user is actually doing right now

Reads live screen context — guidance adapts to each user's exact state, never generic

Multi-step workflows dead-end in a ticket or a phone call

Persistent context across pages and steps — no dead ends, no frustrated users giving up

Pre-built flows go stale as your product changes — maintenance never ends

No flows to pre-build or maintain. Screen-aware AI figures it out in real time.

Why we built this

We ran the analysis on our own SaaS support queue — 7,970 tickets, 6 months. 39% were users asking how to do something an agent explained in words. Not bugs. Not missing features. Just users who needed someone to show them.

We built Show Me How because we couldn't find a tool that closed this gap. Chatbots pointed to docs. Product tour tools required pre-scripted flows. Neither one actually watched the screen and walked users through it. So we built that.

Founded by SaaS operators who have lived the support scaling problem from both sides

We have run support queues, written help docs, and lost users to confusion — this is personal
